Yeah, those are from the old Paiste & Zildjian Artists paperback book[lets], respectively, from the '80's, if i rem correctly...used to have one of both layin' around somewhere... [img]eek.gif[/img] ...thanx for the memories... [img]cool.gif[/img]

I used to have a Paiste book that had hundreds of setups and bios of drummers from all over. Obviously, being a German company (or is it Swiss), they are going to have a more international flavor.
There was a guy who used to play with Steve Hackett named John Shearer. This guy had the most ridiculous set. started with four big timbales on the left through every size tom, in two rows, with just about every sized crash and ride. it was shaped like a "U". If Nicko McBrain would have looked at that set, he would have said "you gotta lotta cymbowls mate!"

Yeah, that old blue Paitse book is one of the very few places you'll see Bozzio's birthdate published. Vinnie's is nowhere to be seen. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
